A little about me: I grew up in a small farming community in Western Massachusetts. As an active individual, I have experienced all of the common sport-related injuries. Due to my injuries, I was in and out of physical therapy offices and became interested in the health field. I chose to pursue a related career path and studied Applied Exercise Science at the University of New England in Biddeford. While in school, not only did I develop a deeper passion for health, wellness, fitness and nutrition, but I also fell in love with Southern Maine! On a summer break from school in 2009 I was in a car accident which led me to visit a chiropractor for the first time. Shortly thereafter I became interested in spinal and sport injuries. Now as a Chiropractic Assistant here at Absolute Health, I am able to work in a field that I am not only familiar with as a patient but one that I am enthusiastic about! While you’re here, you will usually find me in the new and relaxing Physiotherapy Room. I very much enjoy helping people and making them feel better. Outside of work, I am an avid blood and platelet donor, hiker, photographer, piano player and adventurer.
I look forward to meeting all of you in the near future!
Best,
EJ
