Absolute Health Chiropractic: Meet the Staff
EJ – Front Desk/Financial Manager
EJ began as a chiropractic assistant with Absolute Health Chiropractic in January 2014. In November of 2015 she moved up to the front desk and became the financial manager.
EJ’s enthusiasm for wellness, education, and nutrition lead her to the University of New England where she graduated with a B.S. in Applied Exercise Science. While studying, she traveled with a non-profit mobile health clinic to impoverished villages in Ecuador to deliver primary care services and to spread education.
EJ is actively interested in the overall well-being of others and is looking forward to a future of excitement in the health care field.
Emily – Chiropractic Assistant/ Marketing/ Rehab
Emily began working as a rehab and marketing assistant here at Absolute Health Chiropractic in March of 2010. As part of her job, she helps patients to achieve the full results of their chiropractic care through rehab exercises and stretching, while also giving them exercises and programs to work on at home.
Emily graduated from the University of Maine with a B.A. in Studio Art and Art History. In college, she became very interested in practicing yoga and in personal fitness. Emily believes that good health comes from whole body wellness; what you eat, what you drink, how you move, what you do, and how you take care of your body. Working in the chiropractic field has been a great fit.
Cassie - Chiropractic Assistant/Rehab
Cassie began working as a rehab & chiropractic assistant at Absolute Health Chiropractic in August of 2016. To help patients meet their health and wellness goals, she assists them by teaching rehab exercises and stretches that can be easily done at work and at home.
Cassie graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a B.S in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Biology. While enrolled at USM, Cassie took part in publishing a research paper on the benefits of High Intensity Intermittent exercise routines. She believes that a well-balanced diet and exercise routine combined with regular chiropractic care are the best tools to improve a person’s well-being.
She enjoys running and taking spin classes, and is participating in her first half marathon in the late spring of 2017.
